One of discriminating information products to increase public understanding about the importance of Sangiran’s site was produced by BPSMP Sangiran in last year. The product is a film called “Balung Buto”. This is an animation film that made for children. The duration is about 15 minutes, so it does not be bored. This film has clear graphic to describe each characters, colorful, there is a little bit effect to make the children’s eyes does not tired quickly, and also stay focus on the simple story. The dialogue is easy to understand, because the vocabulary is familiar in children’s ear. The background music and back song is suitable with the setting’s story in every scenes. This film is from Sangiran’s story faced a phenomena of a giant fossils existence in Sangiran’s site. The main character is Raden Bandung. He was a hero to defeat some giants that broke Sangiran’s society peacefulness. Raden Bandung is a character in Sangiran’s legend, and Sangiran BPSMP gave back Raden Bandung’s heroism to the next generation of Sangiran’s site in order to take as positive character Sangiran’s next generation.
