World will always change so does society, environment and also organization, whether government organization or non-government organization. That can be said that there is no something eternal except the changes itself.

The changes to the government organization also happened to follow current development and also organization necessary and society served. Therefore, government organization must constantly adjust with the changes happened. A lot of factors make the government must change so to deal with this needed evaluation in certain period. In order to realize high-performance organizations, the last step must to do is evaluation step to organizational performance, as an effort to high-performance organizations. The process to organizational performance is important to do in order to know to what extent the organization run effectively does the change to high-performance organizations. Is can be said that evaluation to organizational performance its essence is effort to know “where are we actually” and “where are we be”. From the result of evaluation can be know what is the organizational advantage and disadvantage then intervention step can be taken to improve existing conditions.

To face the changes, BPSMP Sangiran as the government organization has main tasks and function it carries out also do the performance evaluation in certain period. By evaluation, will make the organization realized what they have done before and make better plan in the future. Need performance improvement for all employees in achieving the goals outlined by the organization accompanied by strict supervision so as to minimize mistake and maximize the result based on the goals.
