Tiger (Panthera tigris) lived in Sangiran has the big and sharp canines, as the carnivorous animal. The fossils findings are skull, leg bones, and canines. The fossils were found in Notopuro Formation, assumed to be 700,000 years ago.

The tiger reached 2,3 – 3,3 meters in length, and the weight between 120 – 320 kilograms. The tiger has the stripes motif, as a camouflage so that their existences are hidden from their prey. (Pipit Puji Lestari, Marlia Yulianti Rosyidah, Febri Wijanarko, Iwan SB) Plese click here
