Oldowan is a very simple form of culture. A handful of gravel is cut on its particular part once or twice to make a simple tool. The chipping is generally done by hitting directly a stone to another one. The cutting edge is used to cut hunted animal, break the bone for its marrow, dig the soil to find tubers, and to struggle from wild animals.
